Exchange Rate Features
Dear participants,
Please, pay your attention to the following last information:
Due to decrease in the exchange rate of USD, which took place during
last months, most of commercial structures postponed using Dollar rate
for converting currency into Roubles. Therefore most of companies started
using the internal exchange rates, which are different from the official
rate that makes 28.88 RUR/USD for January 16, 2004.
The "Saint-Petersburg" hotel fixed the internal exchange rate
in a point 31.5 RUR/USD.
The trend for the decrease in exchange value of USD will probably be
continued till June, and the exchange rates may increase. Therefore we
advice you to make 100% prepayment by bank transfer to lower expenses
as much as possible. In a case of credit card payment, we advice you to
fill in the agreement with the total sum, sign it and send by fax. Then
we charge this amount on the receipt of your Reservation Form.
