We are glad to provide the conference participants with accommodation in the hotel ROSSIYA ***, St Petersburg (www.rossiya-hotel.ru).

Hotel address: Moskovsky prospekt, 163

Hotel Rossiya is the headquarter hotel of the conference.. 

Accommodation cost

Single room: 3500 RUR
Double room: 4200 RUR
Check in time : 12:00
Check out time: 12:00

Exchange rate is 28.7 RUR/USD (15.12.2005)

Rates are given per night, include buffet breakfast and taxes.

To make the reservation, please, fill in the appropriate section on the online registration form and note that reservations are made on first come first served basis. 

The hotel reservation is guaranteed only in case of 100 % prepayment before  10 June  2006.
The money should be accepted on the Monomax bank account before  10 June  2006. 
In case there is no money on the account, Monomax Ltd has the right automatically cancel the reservation without notification. 
The period of guaranteed reservation is   27 June - 01 July   2006

Deadline for reservation is 01 June, 2006. After 01 June  2006 requests for accommodation are accepted but without guaranteed reservation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation before 10 June 2006 -  no penalty. The amount of money paid will be transferred back to the customer's bank account.
Cancellation after  10 June 2006 or no-show -  one night accommodation cost will be retained. The rest of the money will be transferred to the customer's bank account after the conference. The full bank account information should be sent to the Monomax Ltd to make the refund.
