Registration fee information
The following fees apply for attending the conference:

Registration fee covers: participants kit, one copy of the conference proceedings, visa support (tourist visa), coffee-breaks, lunches, welcome party, transportation to/from the hotel from/to the airport, tour to Pushkin/Peterhof, tour to the Hermitage museum.
Registration fee for accompanying person (s) covers: visa support (tourist visa), coffee breaks, welcome party, transportation to/from the hotel from/to the airport, tour to Pushkin/Peterhof, tour to the Hermitage museum.
The date of registration will be understood as the date of the registration fee payment (see Payment Information).
Deadline and cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation of participation must be sent to Monomax Ltd.
office by e-mail or by fax.

For cancellation
received up to and including 19 May 2006, 80 % of the
registration fee will be refunded.
- For cancellation received on and
after 20 May 2006, no refund will be given.
- All refunds will be
proceeded after the conference.
